Lodge Overview
Jackson Lake Lodge is the largest of all the eco-friendly resorts and lodging in Grand Teton National Park.  The lobby features 60-foot panoramic windows that frame the Teton Range and Jackson Lake.  As the eco-center of the Grand Teton Lodge Company, Jackson Lake offers everything from restaurants and retail shops to adventure outfitters and park tours.  Jackson Lake Lodge also offers nearby access to Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Wyoming.  Guests staying at the Jackson Lake Lodge can enjoy a host of outdoor activities including boat cruises, canoeing, kayaking, fishing trips, swimming, golf, tennis, horseback riding, natured guided tours and much, much more.  Dining options at the Lodge include, the Mural Room, the Pioneer Grill, and the Blue Heron.

 
Course Objectives

  • To provide an update on technical advances in MDCT, body MR and contrast media.
  • To provide state-of-the art protocols for patient safety related to radiation dose in MDCT and contrast media use with MDCT and MR.
  • To provide state-of-the art MDCT and/or MR scanning protocols for evaluation of the thorax, heart, GI, GU, Vascular and MSK systems.
  • To review interpretation of MDCT and MR cases of common diseases involving the thorax, heart, GI, GU, Vascular and MSK systems.
  • To illustrate appropriate use of MDCT versus MR for
    evaluating diseases involving the thorax, heart, GI, GU, Vascular and MSK systems.

Please note that a porterage fee of $3 in and $3 out, per person, per room and housekeeping gratuities in the amount of $3 per person per night will be charged to your individual room.

Rate:  $224.00 single/double – Non-view Cottage Rooms
Please note that there are a limited number of rooms blocked and they are available on a first-come first-serve basis.  In addition, each room sleeps a maximum of 4 guests with two queen beds and roll-away beds are not available for this room category.

Advance room reservations are required, and all attendees are required to make their reservations at least 45 days prior to group’s arrival date.

All reservations will require a deposit equal to the first two night’s room rate plus room tax, except for stays of one night only, in which case only one night’s deposit will be charged.

Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival date in order to forfeit deposit.  Please note that there is a $30 administrative fee charged on all cancellations.

Guests wishing to check-in early or depart late should speak directly with the front desk at the Lodge. 

SCBT-MR has reserved the appropriate number of sleeping rooms; however, the SCBT-MR cannot guarantee that rooms will be available after the reservation deadline of Wednesday, June 23, 2010.

Reservations made after Wednesday, June23, 2010, will be accepted on a space available basis and may not be at the SCBT-MR group rate.

Transportation Information:

Transportation to and from Jackson Hole Airport is available through Alltrans in the town of Jackson.  Please make arrangements for this service prior to arrival at www.jacksonholealltrans.com or 307-733-3135.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS) and the Society of Computed Body Tomography and Magnetic Resonance (SCBT-MR). The ARRS is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Credit Statement:
The ARRS designates this educational activity for a maximum of 17.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
